Austin B. English, B.A., C.H.P.

My interest in human growth and development has been a lifelong pursuit. Throughout my career as an educator and student of human development, I have been fascinated by the ways our experiences, relationships, beliefs, and environments shape who we become.

This passion led me to pursue advanced study in developmental psychology and to explore approaches that help individuals create meaningful and lasting change. Along the way, I discovered that many of the challenges people face are rooted not only in present circumstances, but also in the deeper patterns, assumptions, and experiences that influence how they view themselves and navigate the world.

As a developmental hypnotherapist and doctoral candidate in Developmental Psychology, I work with clients to better understand those patterns and develop new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding. My approach combines developmental insight with hypnotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, and reflective consultation to support personal growth, self-awareness, and positive change.

I believe that every person has a unique story. Because of this, I do not approach clients as a collection of symptoms or problems to be solved. Instead, I seek to understand the individual as a whole—their history, strengths, challenges, goals, and aspirations. Together, we explore the factors that have shaped their lives and identify opportunities for growth, healing, and transformation.

Whether someone is navigating a significant life transition, working through limiting beliefs, seeking greater confidence, or striving to live more authentically, my goal is to provide a supportive and thoughtful environment where meaningful change can occur.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: lasting growth begins with self-understanding. When we gain insight into the experiences and beliefs that shape our lives, we become better equipped to make intentional choices, overcome obstacles, and move toward a future that reflects our deepest values and aspirations.

It is a privilege to support individuals on that journey.
