Become a Volunteer
Volunteers play an integral role in English at Work. There are many ways in which you can volunteer:

Assist in Class:
6-week commitment
1 class a week for 6 weeks
Each class lasts 1 _ hours
Use the E@W curriculum (see sample lesson plan)
Attend 2 instructor training sessions

Conduct Needs Assessments:
5 hour commitment
Meet with business owners, employees, and customers
Use the Needs Assessment packet (see sample questions from a needs assessment)
Attend 1 training session

Recruit New Classes:
1 day commitment plus follow-up
Pitch E@W’s services to local businesses and workers
Attend 1 training session
